My collegiate goals and aspirations has always been the same..."continuously prepare myself for the next level." Whether the next level for me is playing professional basketball in the WNBA, overseas, or using my degree to propel me forward. My goal in life is to always push forward. I understand setbacks, but I have to keep pushing, I'll have bad days, tough games, but I have to continue to strive near perfection keeping my mind on the goals I have set for myself. Accolades are accolades, if I do well they will come. I'm more focused on the end goal. Earning my college degree, winning championships, being a great leader on and off the floor, doing it all the right way like the people I look up to personally and professionally. What makes me a great candidate for any team is I’m willing to put in the extra work on and off the court. I am a fierce competitor, that's willing to go a one hundred and ten percent everyday to achieve every goal I have set for myself. What makes me different from the other recruits in character is, I’m humble on and off the court, I'm a natural leader who doesn't follow the crowd I walk to the beat of my own drum. As a ball player, I allow my game to do the talking for me. What makes me different athletically is, my strength, agility and conditioning. I play a ton of minutes year round and I do my best to keep my body in top condition. As the floor general, (PG) I have to be ready at all times! I have to be sharp and on top of my mental and physical health. I am always in control of the floor and I take full responsibility for what happens while I'm out there. I take the game seriously and will hold myself as well as my teammates accountable for our mistakes. As a student athlete, I take my studies very seriously because without solid academic credentials I wont be able to play on the collegiate level that I desire. If God sees fit to bless me with a professional career in basketball my plan after is to give back to the younger generation. As my parent's say, "It takes a village..." My village of support has been super strong!
