2021 Spotlight Personal Statement
My whole life is basketball, I have been playing since I was three years old. I am so passionate about this sport and try to get better everyday. Every time I practice, I practice at 150%. One of my favorite parts of basketball is being with a team, geting to meet new girls, make relationships, and building trust. I also excel in the classroom, I have a 3.8 GPA taking mostly honor classes and AP. I am averaging 14 points, 3 assists, 2 steals and 5 rebounds a game. Basketball is not all about scoring for me, I love to have a complete stat sheet and most importantly my oppent does not score on me. I take defense to the next level, on my AAU team and High School team I am always the person in charge of gaurding the best player. I hope to take my game to the College level and I appericate you taking the time to read this!
