Personal Statement
My goal as an athlete is to not only push myself but my teammates to the best that we can perform. I believe that we have to work hard and together to get places as a team. My team currently does meditate after and sometimes before practice to get our heads in the right place. I think that no matter how hyped up you are you have to be able to focus and meditating helps with that. I also believe that you should put the team before yourself when it comes to personal decisions and on the court. Being one is also important with teams and not just being individuals that don't like to work with each other.
