Mycala Carney '20 Recruiting Profile

Hi

My name is Mycala Carney and I am 2020 point guard with 3 years of eligibility remaining of my basketball career.  Since graduating from Gloucester Catholic high school,  I attended Colby College for 2 years in which I played during the Covid year 2020 and now I attend Rowan University.  During the 2021 season and currently, I have continued to workout, train and play pick up games to keep myself game ready!  I am looking to transfer to a Division 1 or 2 institution which offers a  government or political science major, with a competitive team and a coach who all love the game of basketball as much as I do!  My desire is to win an NCAA or NAIA Championship and to win a championship while competing against some of the best competition in the country. 

What makes me a good candidate for any team is my leadership ability, my gift of speed,  I am a floor general, and have been called a game changer and I am a defensive pest!  An amazing team culture and team chemistry is important in any successful team environment and I believe I would be a great addition to help carry out the goal of a winning team culture.
