Ever since I begged my Mom to coach my third grade basketball team I have loved basketball. Playing at the college level kind of seems impossible to me, but I absolutely love the sport and would love to continue playing after high school. I am the kid that is always the first one in the gym to get some shots up before practice and the last one to leave after shooting around after practice. I weightlift three times a week and try to attend as many basketball camps as possible out of basketball season. I always try to convince kids to come to the weight room and open gyms so our entire team can improve. I've lead ball handling workouts with my teammates and try to encourage everyone through the good and the bad. Even though I am only gonna be a sophomore I'm super sad that I only have three more basketball seasons left in high school. I can't imagine my life without basketball, it has helped me to grow as a person. Something that I think sets me apart from most players is my determination, hard work, and love of the game. I haven't met someone who loves basketball as much as I do.
