Personal Statement

I am a strong leader on and off the court. I have goals for myself and I work hard to achieve them through additional workouts, strength training and agility training,  in addition to team based practices. I play multiple sports as I am aware that each sport benefits my overall performance as an athlete in a different way. I am a team player and consider everyone on my team to have a role in the success of the team. My freshman year, the first month of school I was nominated by the teachers for "lynx way leader" for positive attitude, respect, and responsibility. That same month, my peers voted me the opportunity to be a peer helper in my school. I try to have perspective with my sports. I love basketball and volleyball and it consumes a lot of my time, but I will always make time to keep my grades at an A and give back to my community and school by volunteering, fundraising and helping where needed.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
