Sydney Marshall '27 Recruiting Profile

I want to be elite in everything I do. I want to be an elite student in the classroom, an elite friend, daughter, and sister, as well as an elite basketball player. I want to be noticed as one of the best college basketball players to ever play the game. I am a very good leader and a good listener. I know when to be serious and I also know how to let loose and be fun. My parents taught me always to be respectful and always give everyone a fair chance, I would like to think I have very good manners. I always try to lift people up and not tear them down, and I always try to be an encouragement to anyone around me. Being a coach's kid I have been around the game since I was a baby. I grew up in a gym, so I have a very high basketball IQ. I always give 100% plus some. I am a multi-sport athlete, which also translates to my versatility when I get back to the basketball court. I am a straight-A student and I take pride in my academics. Basketball can be taken away from you at any moment, so having knowledge is also very important.
