I have played basketball since I was 5 years old. I have tried other sports when I was younger and basketball is the only one I stuck with. My college plan is to major in Physical Therapy. The last 3 years I was undecided on playing college basketball. This year I realized that if I don't play I will regret it. I can't imagine quitting something that I love and really enjoy doing. I work really well with others and will do anything I can to help my team. My high school team has made it to the state tournament 2 years in a row and the LKC conference championship last season. I have a great work ethic and always give 100% when I am on the court. Academics is really important to me. I have been taking college classes throughout high school and have had a consecutive 4.0 or better since my freshman year. I am a part of the National Honor Society and was a scholar athlete last year, having the highest GPA on my team.
