Personal Statement
I started golf at the beginning of eighth grade. For 4 years before that i was an all-star softball player. Ever since I first stepped on the course, I have aspired to play at the collegiate level. I know that playing in college is a once in a lifetime opportunity that could change my whole life.
I have a solid drive and a very accurate short game. I am very coachable and strive to be one of the hardest working players and one of the hardest working recruits you’ll find.
In the classroom, I study hard and maintain a good GPA. I also volunteer as a counselor for children with special needs at the NYC junior golf program and am currently a member of my school's ladies of charity.
I want to attend a college where I can push myself in the classroom and on the golf course. I am open to all options and want to ultimately find the right college match at the highest level of competition possible. I hope to become a great role model to all peers and make my parents proud.
I hope to graduate college at the top of my class and play division 1 golf. I work hard every day working on the important parts of my game, I can be a leader and push our team to their fullest potential.
I have a very strong ambition and will try my very best at everything i do, i was born a natural athlete and can play any sport if i work at it. I take my academics very seriously and have been on the honor roll through out my entire school career.
I will continue to thrive through my sports and academics through out my high school and college career.
