2022 SpotlightPersonal Statement
My name is Kylie Kittrell. I am a Junior at Avon High School in Avon, Ohio. I’m 5' 5”, 110 pounds, and very athletic. I initially started playing golf fun with my parents. The more I golfed, the better I got and I realized my passion for the golf and my desire to compete at the collegiate level.
My junior year was my third year playing competitively. Tournament play in the Jr. PGA just started back up for the summer and I’m playing in over 20 tournaments this summer before entering my senior year of golf at my high school.
I played softball and travel soccer growing up. Team sports taught me the commitment and dedication required to be a part of something bigger than me, and what it takes to succeed in sports.
I am a dedicated student who takes school seriously. I’m enrolled in honors and Collage Credit Plus courses, and I have a 3.32 GPA.
I would love to play golf at the next level and look forward to college visits!
