I am Mackenzie Conley and I am a student at Moses Brown School in Providence, Rhode Island. My dad introduced me to golf at a young age of about 3 years old and growing up next to a golf course I always had the oppurtunity to play and practice at my convienience. At about thirteen years old I started playing tournament golf and really came to love the sport. I have since continued to play tournament golf and improve my game. I started playing for the Moses Brown golf team as a freshman and gained the title of Second-team All-State for Rhode Island girls golf that season. My Sophmore year I had another great season and placed 5th in the girls state-championship. Following this I recieved the honor of making First-Team All-State for Girls Rhode Island golf. The game of golf has become an important part of my life and has lead me to make many new friends and accomplishments. As I continue my college search I am looking to play golf and major in Business or Communications with a possible minor in Mandarin Chinese. As a good leader, listener, hardworker and team player I think I would be a good fit for college golf and I hope I can continue playing golf when I enter college.
