Personal Statement

My philosophy is to get better by 1% every day. For me, this means academically I will study more every night.  Athletically, it means I will work harder every day on and off the ice to improve my skills and outwork the competition.

Ultimately, I know to be successful in the classroom and at the rink and it takes hard work, every day. I am confident that my core values and skills will lead to future opportunities for me to achieve my goals: play for a championship college hockey team and ultimately professional women's hockey.

Two year ago I finished my sophomore year as the leading scorer in the state of Maine with 33 goals, 11 assists in just 15 games. I was selected for the First Team All-Conference, and First Team KVAC All-Stars.  Some of my success comes from practicing on my own skating rink at my house that I build and maintain with my father.   I was recently selected for the 2022 New England District All-Star Team.

Last year I played for the Casco Bay 19u Tier II team and then transferred to Kents Hill Prep school where I finished the season as the team leading goal scorer for each team.

Summary of my accolades.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
