Reid Snyder 2026 DPersonal Statement
Hockey has always been in my blood, since I was two years old, I was watching my brother play, determined to play. I always played with the AAA boys until Bantam year then I switched to female teammates. As a member of the boys team for years, it taught me to be resilient and tenacious. I was always a leader on my team and set an example by practice, working as hard as possible at each practice, but also by empathy and humor. I also take my schoolwork seriously and take the highest level honors classes offered at my grade. I am hoping that my goals of playing D1 hockey, academic success and leadership will prove why I would be a valuable and essential member of an NCAA team.
