My name is Kinsey Dufour and I'm in 10th grade at South Anchorage High School in Anchorage, AK. I've played soccer since I was three-years old and competitive soccer for the past five years with Cook Inlet Soccer Club. My club team has won the Alaska State Championship four consecutive years, and we have played in the Far West Regionals for the past three years and will return for regionals in Hawaii in June of 2024. I've played at a state level for ODP for two years, have traveled on the ODP England Tour and the ODP Portugal/Spain Tour, and attended the ODP Region IV camp in 2023. I'm predominantly right-footed but will also use my left without hesitation. I'm typically played as a forward but am extremely versatile and can play where my team needs me. I consider myself a solid student athlete, maintaining a favorable GPA while playing high-level soccer all year round. I hope to contribute to a higher-level collegiate soccer team while achieving my academic goals of a university education.
I was selected for the 2020 Arctic Winter Games Team Alaska Futsal Junior Girls team but unfortunately the games were canceled due to covid. I was a participant in the 2023 Arctic Winter Games in Wood Buffalo, Northern Alberta Canada as a member of the Team Alaska Futsal Junior Girls team where my team fought hard for an entire week and ended up taking home gold!
