Personal Statement
My name is Taylor Roberts and since the age of 4, I have consistently loved playing the game of soccer. Through both my club and high school experiences, with the game, I have learned to love every aspect of it and want to play at the collegiate level so that my career doesn't have to end immediately after this high school season. The thought of life without soccer almost seems crazy! Playing soccer in college would allow me the chance to better my skills and learn from even more teammates how to play the game to my best ability. I would be able to push myself more and do my best to score and distribute, at an even higher level. Some things that set me apart from other players are that I have kept a very consistent and high G.P.A and maintained all A's and a few B's throughout my entire school career. I have earned All Conference awards, one All Area award and one All State award in my high school soccer career. Being a team captain for both my sophomore and now my senior year have been my most treasured accomplishments. One unique thing about my character is that because of my love for this game, I choose to respect it, coaches, opponents and my teammates to my best ability, by leading in a silent, but very action and attitude based way with a constant want to improve. Thank you for your time!
