Personal Statement
Hi, I am Chase Hill. I am a 2024 Center Back at Marshall County High School in Benton, KY. I am very excited about my upcoming senior year in soccer, as well as pursuing opportunities to play at the college level. I have not been able to participate in any I.D. camps this summer due to a minor injury that I have had to rehab. I expect to be fully released soon and look forward to being able to get to some camps to show my talent. However, due to my high school schedule starting in July, I may not be able to make to all the camps that I would like. I can send full game footage from years of playing in high school and I will post my high school schedule soon. Below is more information about me.
Soccer is my passion. It is where I let go and feel free. I strive to accomplish my goal of playing collegiate soccer because I want to make myself and that little girl proud that stepped onto the soccer field and fell in love with the game. I have had to overcome some adversity due to injuries this past year that has shown how attached I am to this sport.
I want to go to a college not only for soccer, but for the overall experience. I take a lot of pride in the classroom. I have a 4.0 unweighted GPA, a 28 ACT score and a super score of a 29. I entered high school already having earned 4 credits and I take honors, AP, and dual credit courses, so least to say I take academics seriously.
I love being aggressive on the field. I may look small, but I pack a big punch. I am fast and confident with the ball and know how to use my skills effectively. I always strive to lift my teammates up and keep a level head, while still showing my passion for the game. I have played in many different formations so I am very versatile. I take pride in knowing I can stop the opposing team’s best player. My motto is if they can’t score then they can’t win.
I appreciate you taking the time to look at my profile and look forward to the next opportunity life has in store for me.
