Mia Savage '26 Recruiting Profile

It has been my goal to play D1 ball since I was 12 years old when I started following Carly Cross (Boise State) on instagram.  I DM'd Carly, and she told me to join an ECNL team and follow my dreams.  Via an on-line search, I found MD UNITED, and the rest is history.  Every coach I have had the pleasure of working with note I am a "most coachable player."  My positive energy, character, work ethic and leadership further strengthen my player skill set as a versatile, well-rounded field player.  I have been placed in multiple leadership roles, have been awarded team MVP back-to-back seasons at the high school level, had the winning assist for my high school 2A State Championship win for the title as a freshman, have been named to the ECNL North Atlantic All Conference U15 team, played up on this past year's PRO23 team for MD, and recently invited to the Capelli Mid-Atlantic Girls ID Center for all 2008 in our region. Needless to say, following Carly's advice and finding MD UNITED was a true gift in my player development.  

I love this game; I trust the process and my teammates; and I trust my skillset to unselfishly play on the field and for my team in a position that deems best for the team.  Whether leading my defense, or attacking mid-field, I guarantee my game will be 200% grit.  I cannot wait to see where my love for this game takes me next!
