Olivia McSoley '21 Recruiting Profile

    Hello! My name is Olivia McSoley, and I am from Plymouth, Massachusetts. I believe I would be a great candidate for a college soccer team because of my work ethic and determination. I constantly put in additional effort to further myself as an athlete, and I always give 110% effort on and off the field. Also, I am determined to help myself improve not only as an athlete but and individual as well. On the field, I always push myself a little further in order to help reach my goals. On a collegiate team, I would apply these characteristics to my fusion with my fellow teammates to build strong relationships that would aid in the cohesion of the team. I am different than other recruits because I am proactive and dedicated to the recruiting process to where I will put my best foot forward and will do whatever it takes to make being recruited a dream come true. Furthermore, I have achieved more athletically speaking in a shorter amount of time compared to other recruits. For example, in my fourth year of soccer, I was already playing at an international level at a tournament in Spain. Also, I was a starting varsity player for a high school team in the eighth grade. In addition, I have played competitive club soccer on reputable club teams in Massachusetts for five out of the six years of my soccer career.  Finally, I am different from other recruits academically because I have always received great grades in exchange for my unceasing efforts in school. I have always been persistent and consistent with my efforts in school, something other recruits are not always as dedicated to as I am. Thank you for your time, and have a great rest of your day.
