Delaney Condon '24 Recruiting Profile

Hi Coaches!

My name is Delaney Condon and I live in Medway, MA. In the Fall 2023, I will be a senior at Medway High School where I will be a captain in my 4th varsity season.  I also play club for the New England Surf 05/06 State Navy DPL team coached by Tim Mason (Babson College Women's Assistant). I have a 3.4 GPA and would like to major in either Education, Exercise Science or Sports Management.  I like to be active and played basketball and lacrosse as a freshman and sophomore before deciding to focus on soccer.  

I am looking for a small to mid-size school with good academics and a strong soccer program.  For now, I plan on staying in the Northeast. I am open to playing at any level and am confident that I can compete at a high level.  I am most interested in being a part of a team of great people - players and coaches - and contributing wherever I can.   

I've been playing soccer for 12+ years.  I really love the game and being part of a team.  I'm a hard worker, loyal teammate and a good communicator and leader.  On the field, I play with intensity and am not afraid of physical play.  I am a versatile player that is used to playing multiple positions - from striker to midfield to center back - depending on where my coaches need me.  I've been told that my soccer IQ is pretty strong and that I have a good vision for the field. I also have a strong leg and take most of the corner and direct kicks for my teams.  Off the field, I enjoy working out and spending quality time with friends, family and my dog, Mookie.
