I am a 5'4" defender and midfielder from Portage, MI and will graduate with the class of 2012. I have been a starting varsity player since my freshman year, participate in a wide range of extracurriculars, and am an exceptionally high-achieving student.
My particular strengths on the field are accuracy, intuition, endurance, versatility, and consistency. Additionally, I am as equally skilled with my left foot as I am with my right, and I never hesitate to use my left foot if that is what the situation necessitates. These six strengths are all things that I hope to contribute to a collegiate level team as well.
College soccer is a very important part of my future plans, and I hope to play at the highest level of competition that I am able, keeping in mind that my academic goals come first. I plan to attend either a selective or highly-selective university where I can pursue a pre-medical curriculum as well as a degree in Spanish, and I know that the hard work and dedication that I have devoted to every aspect of my life thus far will allow me to rise to the rigorous demands of my future.
