My name is Charlotte Woodward and I live in Kansas City, Missouri. I am a rising Junior at Staley High School. I started playing soccer at the YMCA at the age of Seven. I have known from the moment I started playing that I was going to play college soccer and beyond. Ever since I stepped on the soccer field, I felt that is where I belong. I have had many successes and failures on the field, but it has made me strong and grown me into the person I am today.
For Club, I play for Kansas Rush GA 07 in the Girls Academy League – the Mid-America West Conference.
During high school season, I’m a starter on Staley Lady Falcons Varsity Soccer team. I play the 9 for both teams.
I also have other things I enjoy outside of soccer like the Debate team, Sophomore Class Student Leader & Elected Student Council Member. I’m not only a leader on the field, but I’m also a leader in the classroom and amongst my peers.
I’m not only dedicated to soccer, but I’m also dedicated to my academic success. I have an emphasis in business. I plan to pursue a sports broadcasting & business degree in college because I want to expand women's sports coverage in media & also to create my own brand and businesses while pursuing my soccer dream of playing professionally.
I’m known for my passion, and work ethic in and outside of training for soccer. I’m strong mentally, self motivated, and goal oriented. I'm always ready to tackle what’s in front of me and now I’m ready to tackle the next chapter of my life.
Looking forward to speaking with you!
