Hayley Kenney '21 Recruiting Profile

Hi my name is Hayley but my friends call me Hay.  Yes, I am only 5'0 tall but I definitely play by Mark Twain's quote of "It is not the size of the dog in the fight, it is the size of the fight in the dog".  I started playing soccer when I was 4 years old and I immediately fell in love with the game.  I have learned every position including goalie, so that I could have a better understanding of each position's role and the game as a whole. I’m open to play any position that will help benefit my team, however I feel that I have the greatest impact playing as a Midfielder.  I am the player that will chase the ball down the whole field to win the ball back,  the player that asks for the coach’s feedback, and the player that is first and last on the field because I am always looking to improve as an athlete.  I don’t only strive as an athlete, I also strive academically. So I am looking for a college that will push me as an athlete and academically. If you're looking for a player to join your team full of heart, drive, and a passion for the game; here I am.
