My name is Madison Luck and am a rising 10th grader at Asheboro High School in Asheboro, NC. I have been playing soccer since I was eight years old and have grown to eat, sleep and play soccer more and more as the years pass. My two biggest goals for college is to obtain my undergraduate degree and playing soccer while in school.
Personally I feel my biggest strengths are my passing accuracy and reading the field. I'm a team player and always want and expect the best from myself as well as my team. Some people tell me I take soccer to seriously and my response to them is they don't take it seriously enough. Biggest pet peeve is a player not paying attention during practice. Improving my game is what is fun to me.
When not playing soccer I'm watching it on TV . I'm told the oddest thing about me is that I can tell you every player on each of the NWSL teams and am close to being expert level on my USWNT knowledge.
As a freshman I started on my High School Varsity soccer team (all six games) Unfortunately COVID 19 took majority of my freshman season away so it was a very short season. While things are shut down I've used the time to get in better shape (running, and weights). You take a disappointment and make the best out of it.
