Hi coaches!
My name is Jasmine Diaz (class of 2025 4.0 GPA), and my goal as a student athlete is to find a top-tier college or university where I can continue to elevate my academic and athletic career. I currently play for HTX Soccer U17 Girls Academy in Houston, TX and also have the pleasure to be playing for the El Salvador U17, U20, and full national team.
I am a holding/central midfielder, and in this position I am required to contribute not only defensively but offensively as well. I can easily say I play holding midfielder, but realistically I play both as I interchange with the attacking midfielder back and forth. I consider my strength to be my stamina, the ability to read the game, creating opportunities ,intercepting ball off of the attack , passing balls in behind, dribbling, and shooting from distance. I am also a very dedicated athlete; aside from my club training sessions, I do private sessions to keep myself ready for the game. I respond well to any feedback from my coaches and professors, as I put my maximum effort into everything I do. I am determined and would love to accomplish my goals in a college or university where I can push myself both academically and athletically.
