I began playing soccer when I was 5 years old and I started to play club soccer in the fall of 2019.
Once I realized how much I loved playing soccer, my drive to get better every day didn’t stop. I am focused on constantly improving my game. If there is something I struggle with, I go out and practice until I can figure out what I’m doing wrong and fix it. I am very coachable and have a positive attitude. I am a versatile player that has played every position, except for goalie. My goal is to be able to play everywhere on the field, so that I can better understand the game, provide more support for my teammates, and become a well rounded player.
One of the most important things soccer has taught me is that if you want to improve you have to hard work for it on and off the field.
Academics are definitely a priority for me and will be a major factor in selecting my future college. I am taking as AP classes, have a 5.4 GPA, and rank 12th in my class of 690.
I am also involved in my community. I am a member of the Interact Club in high school, which focuses on developing leadership skills and getting individuals involved in various volunteer opportunities. My soccer club also presents us with multiple opportunities to get involved with helping others. I was also involved in a program called PALS in 8th grade, which focused on mentoring kids in elementary school and providing them with an extra buddy they could depend on.
