Swimming continues to be influential in my life and I have stayed committed to this amazing sport for so many reasons. One, being the family it creates. It is so much bigger than just a pool and a team. To me, it is a family that is always together supporting and encouraging each other to work hard. Swimming has also taught me many life lessons like dedication and how the persistent hard work pays off. I always put my best effort into practice because nothing is better than seeing a time drop on the scoreboard after a challenging race. I would love to continue swimming and find a home where I can put in work and drive to improve while learning both in and out of the pool.
