I have been playing tennis, golf, and piano for close to eleven years now. Since a young age, I have focused on my goals of playing competitive tennis and golf for my high school, on top of keeping up with a rigorous school schedule, and time for music training outside of school. This past year, we were the tennis state champions, my first state title after receiving second place as a seventh grader. I am a singles player, and enjoy playing #3 singles for The Blake School, as well as #1 for the Blake Bears golf team. The 2022-2023 golf season, as well as the 2023-2024 tennis season, I was awarded the All-Conference award. Our team has grown so much closer than just teammates, throughout the past season, and I love the way that we support each other outside of tennis, which is why I am hoping to run for a captain position next year (my sophomore year), to continue that support system through the tennis team. Although tennis and golf and incredibly important to me outside of school, I also have always loved music, and I am a two-time ACDA honor choir member, and have received the highest marks in the state for many piano competitions and exams. In school, I enjoy taking honors math and advanced language courses, as my academics are such and important focus in my life, and something I am constantly striving to improve upon, in every subject.
