Hello, my name is María Josefa and I am currently a sophomore at the 'Escuela Especializada Central de Artes Visuales' in Puerto Rico. Art and tennis are my two greatest passions and I want to continue to develop and hone these skills.
I started playing tennis at 7 years old and I am very passionate about it. I am a disciplined and hard-working person on and off the court, training six days a week. I am prepared to face as many challenges as necessary to reach my goals. I finished ranked first in doubles 16U in the USTA End of the Year Ranking List (2022). In addition, I know the importance of a good education and take my academics very seriously. I've been in the honor society since the 5th grade and currently have a 4.0 GPA. I work well with others and I know how to properly manage my emotions.
I aspire to study production/set design and be part of a hard-working and passionate team.
