6A Girl's AHSAA X...Personal Statement
I like putting in the work it takes to make myself a better runner. I like workouts, I like running hills, I like running in the rain. You will never hear me complain about putting in the work to get better at running. I like being part of a team. Doing my part to make the team better makes me happy. I'm a good kid - I like going to church with my family and following the rules my parents have set for me. Drinking and drugs are not something I ever want to try. I love my family. I love school and I strive for all A's; achieving that goal so far. Homework isn't my favorite thing but I love sitting in class learning about something new and discussing it with my friends and my teacher. APUSH is probably my favorite class right now. I'm a STEM nerd. And, I like to read alot! I've read the whole Harry Potter series 8 times. My parents tell me I'm quick witted - I do like to make other people laugh! I like to cook - I made fettuccine alfredo, by myself, from scratch (and without a recipe) when I was in 6th grade. I eat a lot so I had to learn to cook for myself - my parents can't keep up with the meals I eat each day. I would love to learn more about your school and your program and your team!
