Michelle McDonald '21 Recruiting Profile

As a sprinter I am very ambitious and self-motivated. I'm always finding ways to push my limits to become great. I am truly coachable and always ready to test my limits. 

I started my high school career playing basketball. But then later discovered that I didn't love the game anymore, track was my true passion. I love it like no other. I have been on the Varsity Tack team for 2 years now. I have been able to train with/compete against the best girls in my state and have enjoyed every bit of it. This past season, as a sophomore, I was able to compete in my first open event, the 100m, and placed 6th overall. The experience reminded me of why I loved competing. 

In the classroom, I always strive to put forth my best effort. I take Honors and AP classes, which challenges me to think deeper and forces me to mange my time when it comes to extracurricular activities and academics.

I am dedicated to being the best Student-Athlete that I can be and determined to preform to the best of my ability.
