Personal Statement
I have had many goals and aspirations; however as I am getting older and have reached my senior year I have come to realize that certain goals become ever bigger to strive for. My first goal is to get into one of the best colleges possible which being the best college includes having great academics, music, and most of all a track and field team. This is what I have been and still am striving and working so hard for.
To reach these large goals of mine means I need to focus on the little things as well. I am going to keep my GPA at 3.913 during my senior year and will be the best possible student I can be and still taking dual credits as well. Then comes continuing to play and practice my oboe and working on sounding amazing and continuing practicing techniques with my teacher. Then comes the best sport in the world, track and field. I am work very hard during the off season to keep improving; I have a personal trainer I go to twice a week and work on my collegiate level workout, then I go out and throw twice a week sometimes more and wok on my footwork for about half an hour and once I am done then I go and throw for about an hour while doing drills. I eat healthy and workout to improve my physical and mental health, to help push me to be the best athlete I can possibly be.
For me what I do isn't to show off but to be a better me in the end.
