Personal Statement

I am very passionate about running distance so I would love to continue this sport at the collegiate level. My goal in college is to better my times and try new events like the 6k in cross country and the steeplechase in track. I love to have fun with my team but I also know when it is time to get serious and perform well under pressure when my team needs me. Additionally, academics come first so my schoolwork will always be important. I hope that I can continue running in college and meet more people who love this sport as much as I do :)
