While I only joined the cross country team during my sophomore year, I am wholeheartedly committed to running. I have progressed very quickly throughout my cross country seasons and plan to continue to do so in college. As a current Captain and MVP that began at the very bottom of the team, I understand what it takes to improve and thus can apply that to collegiate running.
Additionally, academics plays a large part in my life. I am currently in the top 2% of my class with a 4.0 GPA and I plan on finishing high school in a similar, if not better, place.
