Hi all!
My name is Lyric, and I am excited to share my passion for track and field and my interest in pursuing my college education.
My journey in track and field began at the age of 5, and it has been a fundamental part of my life ever since. Through countless hours of training, I have developed my physical abilities, mental discipline, and determination necessary for success. Track and field have taught me life skills, goal setting and perseverance, that I am excited to further develop in a collegiate setting.
Track and field extends beyond the competition; it has also provided me with a supportive community and lifelong friendships. Witnessing teamwork, encouragement, and mentorship along my journey has made me a better athlete. Looking forward to college, I am excited about being part of a team that shares similar dedication to success. The bonds I form with my coaches and teammates will allow me to growth as an athlete and as an individual. Even though I am dedicated to my athletic career, I also value an academic background. I am excited to explore beyond track and field.
Going to college for track gives me an opportunity to continue my athletic journey, learn, grow, and form connections with fellow athletes and coaches. I am dedicated and excited about the chance to make a contribution to a track and field program.
