Sierra Lufrano '20 Recruiting Profile

My name is Sierra, I have been playing volleyball for 5 years. I truly have a strong passion for volleyball! My very first year of playing volleyball I was team captain, and I always push myself to improve, improvement is what I seek for. Along with being extremely coachable and dedicated. I feel that even if you have a technique mastered there is still always room for improvement, and that is my main goal. I was a setter for 3 years in middle school, then I was outside hitter freshmen and sophomore year until 2018 club season I began setting again. My setting has improved immensely. I dedicate my life to school and volleyball.  I am always challenging myself! I also have a very strong jump serve as well as my standing server, however my jump serve is my most efficient and powerful. My goal is to goto a college that I am able to play volleyball with and be a great roll model for the college I attend.
