Personal Statement

My journey began in Tennessee where I began to play volleyball until I moved to Florida at the beginning of my Freshman year.  I pride myself in being an all around player.  My energy level and leadership qualities drive me to be competitive.  I enjoy working hard, and understand that the extra work is necessary to be successful.  I enjoy leading but understand the team concept and that all successes are shared by the team.  I am willing to play any position in the best interest of the team.  I love competing and enjoy the challenge athletics provides.  I am very coachable, and like to be taught new techniques.
