2021 Spotlight Personal Statement
As I enter my 9th season of club volleyball, I have become a true utility player. Since UT is not an option here, I am listed as a DS/OH/OP because I love to play defense. I also set when needed. When you come see me play in person, I can be anywhere on the court. My philosophy is "team first", so I play where my coach asks me to play. I am the 2nd of 3 daughters. My father Sean, was a 14 time All-American swimmer at Westminster College during his undergrad career.
In the classroom I put forth the same effort. I have a 3.95 GPA with approx. 125 hours of community service as I approach the end of my junior year. I am currently enrolled in 5 IB classes and I am active in the sports medicine club at Windermere Preparatory School and plan on pursuing a biology/pre-medicine program in my undergraduate studies.
