I’m a libero , and a DS, and have filled the setter role on my JV school team my sophomore year.  My goal and interest is in the field of Nursing.  I’m hardworking , and a dedicated athlete . I work as hard as I can and never give up even when things get tough .

Rarely over passes or shanks/miss contacts the ball. Defense - Aggressive as a defender. Good read on the attack and defensive positioning, and seems to enjoy making the play. Tactical Abilities - 89 / 100 Communication - Great communicator; organizes and directs teammates well and communicates frequently. Scrimmage Play - Play was elevated in team activities. Great understanding of your roles and responsibilities within a team. Physical Abilities - 89 / 100 Endurance - Great work rate throughout camp. Showed endurance that helped effectiveness, especially late. Speed - Great speed overall, in particular with footwork to get into position. Will be an important asset going forward. Mental Abilities - 89 / 100 Resistance To Stress - Maintains composure in pressure situations. Great job staying focused on the task at hand. Competitiveness - Showed a strong desire to win and seems to enjoy the competition. Keep working hard! Coach's Comments Hi Anastasia, Thanks for attend g camp. It was a pleasure to work with you and your positive attitude. This year is just a important season for you to focus on technical skills and get better. Example. Freezing and holding platform Be more aggressive. Quick feet and go/pursuit balls. Read and be in better position to receive the attack. More hungry for the ball Have more confidence in yourself. You came to camp because you love the sport. Then embrace it. Take charge. Work on overall speed and being balanced and stopped
