Erin Ripple '17 Recruiting Profile

      My name is Erin Ripple.  I am a junior at Mt. Zion High School in Mt. Zion, Illinois.  I have been playing volleyball since I was 10 years old and I truly love the sport.  I am always willing to be coached and become a better player, and I enjoy working with coaches who will help me.  I work hard on the court as well as off and put full effort into everything I do.  Many things I have learned as an athlete I carry with me into the classroom, such as good time management and discipline to giving a good effort at all times.  The most important things to me are staying positive, pushing my teammates to the best of their abilities, and staying humble.
       I would love to play volleyball in college to further my academic experience as well as my volleyball career.  I know that playing in college is a way to represent my school, team and family which is something I take seriously and would love to do.  I look forward to the opportunity to show college coaches how I can be an asset to their program.
