Kelsey Mcatee '16 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is kelsey mcatee from Illinois. I would like you to consider me as a student in the future for many reasons. My goals for college are to focus on what i love to do and that is volleyball. I want to be the best volleyball player i can be. I have been playing since i was 5 years old and ive grown up with volleyball all around me. My dad has been a volleyball coach for 12 years now and is my role model. I am a very good leader and will encourage others all the time. I always try my hardest all the time and i never show my anger or take it out on others. Im different than other recruits because I follow my heart and do what is best for me and always make others happy. I will help them out whenever they need it on or off the court, in practice or in life.

My goal is to find a college that i will love to go to and enjoy my studies as much as volleyball. I want to become as successful as i can in both because they are extremely important to me. In the classroom, I always push myself as hard as i can and continue to achieve great grades. I am a challenged student and will accomplish anything i set my mind too. In the end, I want to make myself as happy as I can, and also along with my family and peers.
