Personal Statement

I found the love for the game of volleyball at an early age.   I just wanted to get involved in a sport of some kind.   I found the game of volleyball and now it has become my world.  I am thankful that I have had the pleasure of being coached by elite coaches in the Boiler Junior Volleyball Club.  I have been taught the fundamentals.  My skills continue to be transformed and developed daily.  I am learning more and more about the game through film and scouting reports.  Volleyball has taught me a few life lessons, especially how important it is to manage school and athletics.  I need to continue working hard and challenge myself everyday.  I feel that I am a good teammate, I'm coachable, and have an open mind to new and uncomfortable situation.

This school season was another successful high school experience.  I continue to be six rotation outside hitter.  At the end of my second season of high school I was selected for the All Conference team, 1A District Team, and 1st Team All State.

I’m looking forward to attending a college that will continue to push me academically and athletically.
