Meah McCaleb '25 Recruiting Profile

Hello, 

My name is Meah McCaleb and I am a 17 year old girl who loves to compete in three sports athlete. As an 8th graders I was on the Iowa 5A state softball championship team. My true freshman year I started center and left field and as a Honorable mention of the CIML. Sophomore  season played 3rd base and was 2nd team All- Conference. My freshman year I  was playing on the varsity volleyball team as a setter and right side hitter.  I ended up starting In the back row in our sub-state game. 2022 I played Right side on varsity and received All-Conference Honorable Mention. 2023 my junior year 4A I was a unanimous 1st team all-conference. 2x Academic Letter Award winner. Basketball I am a starting point guard for the last two years and was honorable mention in 4A Iowa Alliance North conference my sophomore year.

I am in a English Honors class, and I am in T.A.G. (Talent and Gifted) Program. I am also in the STEM Program for science and also talking college class my jr year in high school.  Being a three sport athlete while also doing two traveling teams for volleyball and softball keeps me very busy, but I maintain a 3.92 GPA

My passion for volleyball grows everyday. I know I want to play volleyball after high school. I am planning on having  a pharmaceutical major with the school of my choice.I hope that I get a chance to prove that I am a really hard worker and I have a never quit mind-set. I will be playing volleyball at some school that is willing to take a chance with me. I look forward to hearing from any school that can find a home for me.
