Elle Pederson '26 Recruiting Profile

Volleyball is my passion!  My dream is to be able to continue playing volleyball in college, ensuring that I focus on my grades and completing my degree.  As a 4.0 student, I value success both on and off the court.  I also understand how important it is to be able to multitask and balance a variety of priorities. 

I have played club volleyball for four years.  Playing as a six-around player, I developed both offensive and defensive skills.  This past year in high school, I was, once again, an outside hitter and a defensive specialist.  For my club in 2023, I am playing DS exclusively, which I have enjoyed.  I think it is important to play whatever role is needed to make your team successful.  The best part about volleyball is the team dynamic and lifting each other up to be our best. 

Putting in the hard work and practice has never been a chore for me when it comes to volleyball.  I understand that you get out what you put into anything worth having.  My parents have always pushed me to do my best, be coachable and work hard.  I believe I will be an asset to your team with my enthusiasm, hard work, and drive to be the best I can be for my team.
