I have played with Lexington United since I was 10 years old and also on my high school team since I was in 8th grade. In December 2018, I tore my ACL while ice skating, had surgery and was followed by University of Kentucky Sports Medicine for a full year. My ACL injury and rehab was a long, difficult process but it showed me how strong I am. I worked so hard to get back on the court and I feel like I am stronger and playing better than ever. This experience has given me a new appreciation for the game and I have learned that work off the court is just as important as work on the court. I am dedicated, hard-working and want to learn and improve every time I play. I am a strong leader with my good communication, a positive attitude and support of my teammates.
I hope you have the opportunity to watch some of my games. You will see that my determination will take me far and I could be an asset to a college program. Thank you so much for your time and consideration.
