My name is Madison Williams. I am a 9th grade student at Baton Rouge Magnet High school, where I maintain a 3.0 grade point average. Some things that I like to do are hang out with my friends, and go shopping. I would rather spend time with my friends and family, instead of just laying around doing nothing. When I was four years old I did cheerleading, when at the age of 12 I stopped because of covid. When I stopped, is when I found something I really enjoy doing, volleyball. I did volleyball all through middle school, and found that I was fairly good at it. Sometimes I felt that volleyball wasn’t really my thing, until my coaches started telling me that I was born to play. The first thing my coaches notice about me is my personality. I am a very free spirited, and goofy person. When my teammates are down, I normally am the one to bring them right back up. When I mess up, I sometimes get down and angry at myself, but then I realize that volleyball is not a one man sport. If you bring yourself down, you are bringing the whole team down.
