Emily Holt '26 Recruiting Profile

I started playing volleyball in the third grade. Ever since I started I knew that I wanted to play the sport in college. I know that playing the sport that I love at the next level will be the opportunity of a life time. 

I am a very determined and hardworking athlete. I spend my time playing club volleyball and working on my skills in the gym. I play in volleyball tournaments, practices, and workouts year round. I take pride in my positive attitude and energy on and off the court. Overall, I aim to be the best possible player that I can be.

I strongly believe that academics come first. In the classroom I put forth all of my effort to maintain a 4.0 GPA. I am an honors math and science student. I am involved in my school's Leo's Club. I also enjoy volunteering to ref middle school volleyball games.

I would like to attend a college that will help me reach my goals. I want to participate in a supportive program to help me become the player that I want to be. I hope that volleyball will bring these opportunities to me. In general, I want to challenge myself and make my friends and family proud.
