Caitlin Lee '22 Recruiting Profile

Hello! I'm from Rogers, Minnesota. I am a Middle Hitter from the class of 2022. I started playing volleyball in the third grade, and have loved it ever since. I've also played basketball, swimming, soccer, and gymnastics. The best lesson volleyball has taught me in athletics, academics, and even life, is to have a good work ethic. I work very hard in what I do and focus on learning and getting better and stronger. Something setting me apart from other athletes is that I'm very coachable. I love getting feedback from others to see what I can improve on and how I can better myself on the court, and I feel that I can easily adapt to what my coaches tell me. I also love building strong relationships with others. Strong relationships are important because they build a foundation for the team both on and off the court. Being a high school student athlete has taught me how to manage my time well between schoolwork, practices, friends, and family time. This has helped me learn how to prioritize the most important things that will help me achieve my goals.
