Playing volleyball has always been a pillar that made me feel connected and in the right place. The resilience my early life taught me has allowed me to seize the second chance I was afforded when I was adopted. This is true in both my personal life and with regards to volleyball. I am now the oldest child of six in a military family and I have been able to use my passion to play volleyball to meet and connect with people all over Europe and America. These experience make me want to compete at the college level even more. I have played as a six rotation starter on varsity teams the past two years as an OH/Hybrid DS. In addition to volleyball, I hope to grow in my communication, building relationships on and off court, and to study either nursing, social work, or elementary education so that I can give back to those in need.
