Hey Coach! I'm Ella and my goal is to go to a competitive school to play college volleyball. Being a college athlete has been my dream for as long as I can remember. I am a good candidate for your team because I am a team player, I'm coachable, and I'm ready to work hard and do whatever it takes to get the team to be successful. I am proud to have been named All-Conference Defensive Player of the Year as a Junior - and I have a competitive conference. I am different from other recruits because I will always put the team before myself and I will work my hardest every single day so that I can be the player I aspire to be. I will take every hint of advice that you give me and I will make that adjustment. For academics I have always been an A honor roll student and I plan to continue that - currently sitting at a class rank of 11 out of 398 kids with a 4.0 GPA. School always comes first.
