Madilynn Mitchell '25 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Maddie Mitchell and I am currently a Junior at Jefferson City High School. I really enjoy school and the game of volleyball! I am really looking forward to my college years and at this time have not decided on a career path. 

I have just finished my 3rd year of high school volleyball where I have started on Varsity and played all six rotations as a setter and opposite hitter all years. I was named 1st team all District 2021 and 2022. I also received honorable mention in All-Conference 2021 and 2nd Team All-Conference 2022. I am extremely grateful I was given the opportunity to play on Varsity my freshman year. The level of competition allowed me to further improve my skills!

I am a hard worker and give 110% in everything I do. On the court I plan to be a dedicated player and positive influence on the team. I will conduct myself with honor and respect on and off the court, knowing that my actions will directly effect my team, coaches and school. 

I have played club volleyball for 7 years. I enjoy hitting and setting very much!  I am a versatile player, quick on my feet as well as a great passer and could really play any position.

During the summer I play Beach Volleyball as well and really enjoy it!
